Ann was extremely helpful and really knew what she was talking about very professional, we arrived for just a look around but was unsure what we was looking for, after using the mattress selector machine we discovered the mattress that best suited us.

We went into our local dreams and was greeted by Lisa. We told her that we were having issues with our backs and needed a new mattress. She put us on the mattress machine that tests which firmness would be good. After this she showed us around and let us try out the mattresses and see which one we liked the most. She was brilliant and also kept our 2 children occupied for the whole time we were there.

From the moment we walked into the store the service we received from Ann was superb, she was really helpful, professional, polite and answer all our questions and give us advice on the right mattress we needed after going on the dreams mattress machine.

Great level of service all round and very courteous staff. Great with our children too.

Lisa (sales assistant) was extremely helpful, also we asked a lot of questions to which she knew the answers. We were even made a cup of coffee and given biscuits. A very nice, helpful and friendly assistant.
