I was highly satisfied at this dreams store because the assistant was very helpful without being pushy .

The moment we walked in the store in Braintree Essex we were greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome by two lovely ladies. Every question we asked was answered without any hesitation. Suggestions were put to us regarding mattresses and we experienced the “ sleep position mattress “ which was brilliant and then shown the mattresses that suited us that were in store. We were even offered a cup of coffee and biscuits whilst we finalised the bill. Options were given for delivery dates for our new bed and mattress which was a great help. Many thanks to the ladies who served us, just wish I could remember their names.

Lisa was really friendly from the moment we entered the store she helped us find what we needed. We were offered the sleep survey whivh was really helpful to us and then Lisa guided us through what the outcome of the test meant and how to proceed. We were offered drinks on multiple occasions and time was never an issue, Lisa took lots of time to support us.
