Lisa greeted us as soon as we entered the store, and asked if she could help, when we said what we were looking for, she pointed out what we were looking for (headboards). Once we'd selected the one we wanted, she ran through the colour options, all whilst answering our kids questions and finding out the information from us, and put through our order, she also offered advice on our current mattress and talked through what will happen when we come in for our next mattress. Really friendly and helpful service.
