Dreams - Braintree

My Validation Code: 084 Lisa was really helpful, persuading me to use the machine that calculated my mattress needs.

We originally went into Dreams in Braintree to look at a new mattress as we had recently purchased a mattress from a different retailer which has proved to be very uncomfortable. Ann-Kerry couldn't have been more helpful as well as the other female assistant who was in the store when we visited. They explained about the bed that measures you to decide what kind of mattress would suit us best. Ann then showed us each mattress that the computer had recommended and we tried each of them several times. We weren't rushed and were very patient. We finally picked 2 mattresses that we liked but explained that we couldn't purchase one at that moment as we needed to try and sell our current mattress as it is only a few months old. I did however purchase a pillow like the one we used to test the mattress and will return to purchase a new mattress as soon as possible. With the guarantee of being able to change the mattress after 30days if it is not comfortable We wish we had gone to Dreams before we purchased our current bed. The customer service we received at the Braintree branch was fantastic we even had a cup of coffee. We will definitely return to this store

The assistant was very capable and new what we required

We chose this dreams store as it was where we were shopping in area. The assistant was called ann and she went out of her way to help and assist us with our order. She let us look around without pressure but was very friendly and polite and very knowledgeable with regards to the product we were buying She helped make our purchase a pleasure she was very good at her job.

Sales lady greeted me as soon as I was in store and showed me just what I was looking for

Needed one of the rolled mattresses for my spare room. I tried it out in store and walked away with my purchase in 10 minutes.

Lisa who dealt with us at the Braintree store was very polite and professional and new all of the products very well and was very helpful in choosing our new bed.

Ann was very helpful without being to pushy and salesy and listened to the issue I have with my current mattress.
