I was immediately greeted by Ann who could not have been more interested in helping me find was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, very efficient and friendly with it. She gave me time and space to consider the options and allowed plenty of time for me to try the products. Although it was obvious that she was keen to secure an order, at no point did I feel under pressure to make a decision.

we entered the shop and was asked if we needed any help without being pounced on which was great.

Ann was very helpful and understanding of our needs when we came into store looking for a new bed when one we ordered online from another provider broke. Quick service means we won’t need to be without a bed for long.

Fantastic service by Kerry whilst we were in the shop with our 2 children. Our youngest enjoyed his experience so much he slept on one of the beds for most of our visit. Kerry was very accommodating x

I visited the store looking for a take-away mattress. The two ladies in the Braintree Freeport store were extremely helpful, showing us what was available. They carried it to the car, nothing was too much trouble for them. The Doze mattress that I bought has been a fantastic buy, wonderful value for money and most importantly, amazingly comfortable.

I visited the Braintree Freeport store twice to select a headboard. On the first occasion I was given all the info I needed to make an easy choice. I had to return a second time having checked measurements. Your staff were professional and well informed on the products you sold. Although I only bought a headboard I did discuss with them the nature and quality of various mattresses, etc.

Even though the staff were busy , we were acknowledged straight away and then given great service by Lisa. Not only did she listen to our needs, she was very knowledgeable and in no way did she push us to purchase anything we didn't want or need. All the staff were very friendly and it seems like a great place to work.
