The two staff members were so helpful, polite, and made the process of buying our first bed fun and informative. I didn’t feel pressured to make the sale, they just were very knowledgable and helpful and I love the new bed!

we were treated with courtesy and respect which we do not always recieve as very senior citizens we enjooyed our well made cup of coffee and would always come again as was a pleasure doing business

The browsing and ordering experience was very good. Coffee and biscuits was a nice touch. Delivery was on time.

The assistant, Lisa, very knowledgeable and explained things well. We never felt pressurised at any time. She even made us a cup of coffee (and told us we could use the toilet if necessary)! She was very polite.

Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered the sleep match straight away and then Lisa showed us around a variety of different mattresses based on our budget. Lisa was very patient throughout our visit.
