Great service not to pushy and showed us exactly what we wanted

From entering the store we were lavished with a kind, caring and professional service. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy and were instead helped to find a bed just right for our needs. When we found the bed we were left to make the decision to buy alone, there were no pushy sales tactics, it was a pleasant experience.

Kerry was extremley helpful, taking plenty of time to help us understand and find the best bed for us. There was a big selection and we got to try plenty to find the best fit.

The lady that helped me was very good ay hetr job, i think her name was Ann.She was very helpfull and made my choice so easy, i would come back with no second thought.

The sales assistant Ann, was very helpful in helping us select the right product for our sleeping habits and requirements. We did not feel pressured to make a decision, and spent quite a ling time in the shop trying out the various mattress types recommended to us by your marvellous sleep habits monitoring machine. Ann was very professional and helpful and we did not feel that we were ever being steered towards the highest value product. We eventually narrowed our choices down to three options costing between £1500 and £2,400. We would have been happy to purchase either of the three but decided on the dearest option as it was cool to the touch, firmer edged, and lighter to manoeuvre .

Finding a mattress using the specialised machine was extremely easy and narrowed down our list of mattresses to only a few. The first one I tried was the one I then bought, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of all the mattresses I tried.

Sleep matcher was available for immediate use and matched us to 6 mattresses which we were then taken to in order to try out. The only bit extra I would have liked is a little more explanation as to why the mattress had matched particularly when we ended up with a soft for my wife and a medium for me when the results suggested we should have firm!

Friendly and helpful service

We had a very pleasant welcome from Lisa (Braintree store) and her colleague when entering the store. Lisa explained the process of the computerised bed and went through everything thoroughly. Her knowledge of the construction of the beds we tried was excellent. She also showed us a range of differently priced beds. We are looking forward to the delivery of our chosen mattress and like the comfort factor that in the unlikely event the mattress isn’t for us we like the option of being able to exchange it after 30 days.
