The lady who served us was excellent. Helped us thoroughly. Spent her time and explained everything in detail. I don’t remember her name but want to give big applause to her. She was an Alexa mole of excellent customer service

I had specific needs looking for a mattress suitable for someone wit a medical condition- the adviser was knowledgeable, helpful and explained things really well.

We felt like our needs were catered for with regard to being sure we were finding the right mattress. Ann went above and beyond being extremely helpful and friendly,she was very knowledgeable and made sure we were allowed to make the decision ourselves whilst making sure we knew which mattresses were best for us.

I was quite anxious and weary (I have autism) but the lady was very kind and spoke to me nicely

The first visit the member of staff was so apologetic with the lack of internet issue. They explained that hopefully the issue will be resolved by tomorrow and we were told the opening hours and the fact the member of staff will be on duty and will be pleased to assist us with our purchase.

On visiting the Store looking around, we were approached by Ann who asked if she could help. We accepted! We were grateful for her massive help and assistance. She firstly used the "mattress selector" to determine which sort of mattress would be suitable. She then showed us a range of compatible beds using covers to protect a pillow, us and the store. We tested these beds. Having whittled it down to two, she made sure we tested them several times over before we chose the right one. Ann was most helpful through out making sure that water was available if we needed it, that we were sure about the bed, delivery and delivery and insurance options. Ann demonstrated excellent knowledge throughout. A credit to your store.
