Despite the fact the assistants were busy with other customers when I arrived I was assured somebody would be with me asap so they were very conscious of my presence. It gave me time to browse though which I was very happy to do. When someone was free I was offered immediately a chance to go on the "Magic Machine" to help identify which type of mattress I needed (great idea!) then the assistant (Lisa) couldn't have been more helpful & informative about the products I was interested in. Having chosen my purchase she then offered myself & my friend a tea/coffee/cold drink for whilst I completed the purchase & there was even a jar of cookies to help ourselves to! Lovely idea! Purchase was completed without any problem & the whole experience was pleasurable with no pressure to hurry or to purchase something more expensive. I had told her I was on a fairly tight budget and she certainly took that on board. 10/10 Dreams & Lisa & I hope the delivery is as hassle free!

Upon entering the store it was presented very well, nice and clean as well as spacious. You can see the whole range of the beds very well and there is a great selection of items available

The colleagues within the store were fantastic at every possible stage. Lisa served us during our purchase and had given us expert advice and delivered great service during our previous visit. We were not left alone for a moment in store, there was always a colleague coming to check we were ok, ask if they could he’ll offer a drink etc. The service was faultless, the only issue we experienced was a lack of computers to place orders, we we had to wait with our young son with us, until a computer became available.

The lady Ann who served us was so helpful and made us so welcome she was very knowledgable about the products and spent as much time with us as we needed I didn’t feel rushed at all. It was an enjoyable experience and I hope I love my new bed when it arrives.

Lisa was very knowledgeable about the products. She was mindful of our budget she explained the offers available to us. The product we really liked was to expensive and too big in dimensions and she was able to find us a cheaper product with the right dimensions. The only downside was that we could not see the product we chose in the colour we chose, but she was able to show us this colour on line and on a different product in store. She took the time to put us on the bed simulator and work out the type of mattress we needed which was very helpful. We feel that Lisa is a valuable member of your team and we could not fault her. Nothing was to much trouble she was clear and precise placing the order for us asking if we were completely happy with everything which we were. One criticisms I think £35 is rather expensive to take away your old mattress. There were two other women whom also seemed friendly and helpful.

The store assistant, Ann, was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help.
