Dreams - Braintree

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams in Braintree Freeport. The staff were lovely (offering us drinks, greeting us at the door, etc) , and gave us all the information that I needed to help me choose which bed would be most suitable for my daughter. I was very surprised by how much the staff knew about the particular items I was interested in and was amazed to find that I could get 8 years warranty for £99 which we had the choice of taking out. Ann and Lisa, particularly, were extremely helpful.

The customer adviser was friendly and quickly understood what we wanted and showed us a few options of mattress for my daughter to try. He wasn't pushy and showed us a range of mattresses in terms of price and didn't try to pressure us into going for the most expensive ones.

My partner and I are moving into a new house so first on the priority list is a new bed. It’s always a bit of a challenge going to find something we both will be suited to and actually like. Upon walking into the store, I was impressed at just how clean and modern it was. Expecting to be jumped on by a sales person, Lisa came over, said hello and told us if we needed anything to ask but have a look first. No pressure at all which was nice as we could discuss what we’d found online. The initial bed we had chosen we found and began talking about it and how it might be too big. We were near to the desk where Lisa was sat and without prompting, gave us a tape measure as she said we might need that! Very thoughtful!! We measured out and decided we’d need something else, so asked Lisa for ideas. For the next half an hour, nothing was too much for Lisa. She was understanding and gave us multiple options for bed frames. Once we settled on a different one, we were invited to try the mattress machine. I had reservations however once we were “measured” by the machine, we were shown around the mattresses it suggested. Again, no pressure.

ROSS WAS SO EFFICIENT AND PATIENT. HELPED US USE THE MACHINE AND MAKE OUR SELECTION WITH EASE. ASKED RELEVANT QUESTIONS TO GUIDE US TO OUR FINAL CHOICE. THIS WAS NOT EASY DUE TO A VARIETY OF ACHES AND PAINS! HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PRECISE IN HIS EXPLANATION OF THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES

Ross was most helpful without being too pushy. He explained the use of the machine to test my needs and showed us all 6 recommended mattresses. He also advised that we would not need to turn the mattress.

Ross looked after me, did a test to see what mattress suited my needs while I was occupied with this test he made me a cup of tea which was very good. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I soon found the right bed for me plus the accessories. I can't thank him enough and candlestick Gor me new bed to arrive. Thanksgiving.
