The assistant ran through the options with a full explanation of the design, make up and benefits of each of the mattresses I tried and this was after using the new computer to person mattress matching module which was very impressive and saved a lot of the guesswork out of selecting the right mattress for me. The assistant was extremely patient going round and allowing me to try out the selected mattress options until I made my final selection. One of the easiest and enjoyable purchases I have made in a long time thanks to her attitude and professionalism.
