A fantastic experience . Lisa was there Both time e went and she as very friendly and knowledgable ( and even make us a cup of tea with biscuits) Lisa had time for us and really took time to understand our wishes. The bed we have chosen is lovely . I just hope the delivery team are as efficient

Excellent service used the machine to identify best mattresses for our needs, saw all suitable mattresses and then tested our top two, while doing this friendly staff member made us drinks

The assistant was very helpful and made it very easy to pick the right product

The staff were helpful when we entered the store, but Left us to look for ourselves but were available to answer our questions when needed.

Everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted..

Kerry who manages our visit was amazing she was really attentive, especially on a busy Saturday, and genuinely cared about the mattress we were picking out, she made sure that we had considered every possibility from price range to ease of selection.
