Great service, friendly people I had a great time getting sorted for items I wanted,well done to the lady who help me(Ann is her name)

The service provided by Ann was fantastic, she really took the time to understand our individual requirements and find something that suits us both. She appreciated the refreshments and personal touches during our visit

Ann was absolutely amazing. She was always available, answered every question we had and so was so friendly and polite but also left us alone at appropriate moments. Excellent customer service. Her colleague was very helpful also when needed.

Ann was super helpful. She helped us have the sleep test and spared no pain in helping select pillows and matress

Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Didnt feel rushed to decide. Lovely cup of coffee too!

On arrival we were greeted, but was not pressured into buying anything, only shown what was available after we asked for assistance, Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave us all the time we needed to make up our mind, which made us feel comfortable. Patrick is a credit to Dreams.

Patrick greeted us with a smile and asked what we were looking for. We explained we had seen some mattresses on line he explained that he did not have them in store but was happy to show us similar products he proceeded to ask if we would like to go on the new technology for finding the perfect mattress this we did and was very impressed. Patrick then showed us six mattresses explaining the differences, he let us have several try's and we eventually purchased the Insignia Ashdown 1600 SK mattress. Excellent customer service and product knowledge!

Visited the Braintree store and Lisa was so helpful!! Gave loads of information & found us the perfect frame, mattress and even our own pillows! She is fab!

Wanted a new mattress and the time taken to get to a decision was very short but met all our needs.
