Professional friendly service nothing was too much trouble

Ann was friendly, found a few that were suitable ( I have a prolapsed disk), we were encouraged to try the few we decided were ‘contenders’, offered a hot drink, we took our time, and at no point did we feel pressurised into a purchase, which is refreshing- good, knowledgeable service.

Sales assistant Ann was very helpful and friendly and took time to establish what suited our needs. She was also great with my 5yr old daughter.

We were able to use the new sleep senor to identify mattresses that would be suitable for us and then our staff member identified a 'wild card' from her knowledge which met out comfort needs and price range

We have just returned from holiday to discover that a neighbours cat had peed all over our bed. The mattress was ruined and we needed a replacement desperately. We read the Dreams reviews and were positive that you were the right company for us. I spoke to a lady called Sophie on your online chat. She was very helpful and checked with our local Dreams to see if they had a bed that we could take home. Unfortunately they only had roll up mattresses and we wanted something more permanent. She then tried other local stores, couldn't get through but gave me the number to try myself. Kerry at the Braintree Freeport branch was just so incredibly lovely on the phone, she told me they had some ex display models and if we came in she would try to help us. She was so nice I actually cried when I put the phone down. When we got to the store they treated us like royalty, Kerry made us a cup of tea and Ann helped us to choose the right mattress for us. We ordered the bed to be delivered in a few weeks but were able to take our mattress home with us ( along with a lovely waterproof mattress protector - grrr @ that cat!).

The product that I had viewed online was available to test in the store and the price was the same in store, which doesn’t always happen. The staff in this branch are very professional, helpful and fun and the whole experience was a pleasure
