The customer services was great, we were assisted by Ann, who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. We did not feel rushed, quite the opposite, Ann was happy to take us around many different beds for us to try and seemed as though she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our choice.

Patrick was great he wasn't too pushy and really helped us as we had no idea what type of mattress we needed. We will definitley recommend Dreams and Patrick!

The same assistant helped me each of the 3 times I visited. She was so friendly and helpful on the first occasion which is why we chose to come back when ready to purchase... on the second visit she remembered us and was still friendly, understanding of our needs. She explained everything in s manner we could understand. She was very patient with my fussyness. She made us feel confident and happy that we chose the right bed and mattress. When I returned after purchase with further questions she left her lunch to come and help even though there was no further sale to make. She was exactly how a sales person should be.

Excellent customer service from the sales person - sorry that I can’t remember a name to be more specific. Nothing was too much trouble and although we were guided in our decision making we were not pushed in any way. We were looking for a relatively low cost occasional use product but this did not impact the service we were offered.

The atmosphere in the shop was so nice and the assistant helped us to understand which would be the perfect mattress, we had the opportunity to try few mattresses up until our decision. Their unique way of assisting kept us so happy until the end of the purchase.
