The assistant ws very knowledgeable about all of the beds

Received lots of help from when we walked in from Kerry and Lisa. They were friendly and accommodating and so found their advise helpful when choosing the firmness of my mattress.

The service from the assistant was excellent.

Lisa was very helpful in choosing the product I bought at the Braintree branch nothing was to much bother even though we spend 1 1/2 hours in store. Very knowledgable about the products she was selling even shared the biscuits

Kerry was really welcoming, took time to understand my needs and then did her best to meet these needs. I was offered a range of products to choose from a delivery that matches my needs. Even after having to change the delivery date, this was made easy and caused no problems.

The representatives were all dressed smart and very helpful. It was good that they took time to cater for our needs and even entertained our 2 girls whilst we were looking for our mattress. Very happy
