Dreams - Braintree

A member of staff quickly asked if she could be of help. A team of decorators were in and so movement around the store was not as easy as it might otherwise have been. Member of staff understood my needs and was very thorough in going through my choices.

Ann of braintree Dreams was brilliant. Very helpfull and matress product informative. Ann also got the Hugo bed put together for us to see. Nothing was to much trouble for Ann. And we was able to take our time choosen the matresses. As we purchased 2 hugo double beds and matresses. Thank you Ann. You made our afternoon and our purchases easy and a pleasure D/k Braintree.

Sales lady was great. Took her time to explain everything and set my son up on the sleep machine. She had great product knowledge and was able to find the right mattress within our budget

It makes a nice change to get some one who is helpful and polite I would recommend your company I have already told a friend

Went to Dreams at Braintree Village retail park to look for a sofa bed. Kerry and Ann could not have been nicer or more helpful. They showed me all the sofa beds and measured them for me. I bought a Haze sofa bed there and then despite just going in to look! The two assistants gave us bottled water and stayed with my elderly mother in her wheelchair whilst I went upstairs to look at the sofas. This was service above and beyond and I would like to thank them both. The sofa bed will be here within a month, they explained about the service to build the sofa on delivery and I took up this option. I have bought beds from Dreams before and it is always the first store I look to.

Kerry at your Braintree store was really helpful and spent time with us trying the mattresses even though your store was going through renovations with workman in there and not all areas of the store were accessible

We were highly satisfied because the salesman presented a range of price options based on the technical assessment and didn’t push us into a sale and allowed us the space to make a considered decision.

Very helpful Patrick explained the process and was willing to answer questions as well as guiding us through the process of our purchase

We had no intention of buying a bed but went in with our daughter who was looking. As soon as we went into the store a colleague greeted us and we said we were just looking. She allowed us to wander and when we started to look closer at an item she came over and explained that there were other display models that they were selling on the upper level that may be of interest to us. She then asked the colleague upstairs to point out these to us. At no time did they attempt to steer us away from these ex-display models to more expensive options and were very knowledgeable about the range we were looking at.

The dreams advisor was very nice, and had an answer for every question we had. Was so inviting and was willing to go the extra mile to assist us. The store was very clean and tidy, as well as being very easy to navigate.
