Dreams - Braintree

We found our visits to dreams in Braintree to be successful, The staff were particularly helpful in understanding our needs for a new bed ... we went on the dreams bed match & once we had report we were shown all mattress & bed options each one we tried out several times & finally decided on our favourite bed and mattress ..The assistant Ann was so helpful & patient & had answers for all our questions & enquiries, That is the reason we chose dreams to buy our first new bed, and went back the 2nd tome to order our new bed, as this is a very important decision we are so happy with the help from Ann and all the staff at the branch in Braintree we found to be a pleasure & very approachable & helpful.

I received assistance which was efficient, friendly and informative. I needed my old bed and mattress to be taken away which service was provided at value for money and I needed someone to assemble it for me which again was available at a reasonable cost.

Warm and friendly staff with good knowledge of the products available. Was given very detailed information whilst ordering our bed and a nice cup of tea and coffee. Overall a very satisfying buying experience.

Process from start to finish was a dream 😊 Lisa was welcoming from the get go and is clearly very good at her job.

Help and assistance given

The sales lady Ann couldn’t have been more helpful and guided us to which mattresses were recommended for us by using the machine to determine which mattress we require. A lovely relaxed experience buying 3 beds.

Ann ensured that we were totally at ease and unrushed. Ann also guided and encouraged us. She was involved, but not overbearing, and enabled us to compare a range of mattresses, with informative advice and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We all agreed that we had made the best selection. This included the value of the analytical mattress device which provided valued data to supplement our choices. Ann, herself, we found both friendly and helpful and we were totally satisfied with our visit to Dreams. An enhancement was our enjoyment of her hospitality which included the hot drinks and biscuits.

Assistant very knowledgeable helpful and listened to our requests. Answered all our questions and had a very nice approach.

We were highly satisfied by Lisa who was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable with all of the Dreams products. She listened to what we wanted, and recommended what she thought would be best for us.
