Kerry was amazingly friendly, her manner immediately put us at ease. She made us a cup of tea while we waited and as the bed was for my daughter she made sure she was included in the conversation.

We were made to feel our custom was important right from the onset but we weren't subject to pressure sales.

Lisa was so friendly and helpful from start to finish, her product knowledge was fantastic and she took all the time and more to understand my needs and wish list and helped me make a decision even though i was very torn and indecisive over my bed, even when the next day it turned out my chosen bed wouldn’t fit in the room, she handled the swap over of my existing order to the new order with no quibbles at all

We were greeted by all members of staff as we walked in. We were served by a lovely lady called Lisa, she took us to what we wanted and helped us without being at all pushy, she then went off and gave us time to think about our choice. When we placed our order she made it very easy. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Our assistant Lisa approached us just as we were thinking, “we need help”. Lisa was immediately purposeful and helpful. We were quickly shown to the “bed sorting machine”. The discussion and help was just right, helpful but in no way intrusive. We were offered coffee which we declined at first and then we were offered it again when we had decided to purchase. All this made us feel very much at home. At no time were we hurried but neither were we blinded by overly detailed descriptions of the products at which we were looking. The whole experience ended up being friendly and helpful in a highly professional manner.

We had nether been invited to lie on a bed where a machine collates information regarding our posture. This was innovative and helped tremendously in eliminating those mattresses which were unsuitable. We then tried out those mattresses which were deemed to be suitable for us and considering comfort and price, within 30 minutes, we were able to make a choice. Lisa, the Dreams sales person, was very helpful and gave us things to consider which made our decision in purchasing much easier. We were also introduced to buying two new Tempur pillows, which although very expensive, are so comfortable compared to our old ones, seemed to be the correct decision. I think that when our new mattress arrives, hopefully, it will remedy some, if not all, of my back problems.

Lisa was very friendly, had all the information that we needed, she also listened to our particular needs and was able to assure us that we were getting the correct product.

Ann, the customer service assistant was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. After telling her what we were after she asked if we’d like to try out the “bed machine” in order for us to see what firmness of mattress we needed. She explained the process thoroughly. She then directed us to 4 mattresses. We were offered coffee etc whilst we were making up our minds. We went away to think about it and then went back the next day and ordered the one we had chosen. If there was an award for colleague of the month Ann would definitely get our vote.

Assistant Ann was extremely helpful and helped us select the correct bed for us.

Lisa and Ann in store were phenomenal, caring attentive turkey putting our needs first. The way they included our 2 year old daughter in the purchase was wonderful. A credit to your company
