Staff were available to help me choose which mattress is most suitable. Excellent customer service and spent about an hour assisting me. Only thing i'm not thrilled about is the price and 6 weeks wait for the Tempur mattress, but I'm sure it'll be worth it.

We were greeted upon entry to the store and offered a drink. Ann, our assistant, was very helpful. Once we knew what type of mattress we would need, she took us to the appropriate beds, which we were able to try. She was more than happy to take us back to some we had already tried, just to make sure we had chosen the right one. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very nice friendly lady.

Ann was very knowledgeable and very helpful gave us time to wander around the store but was there to answer any questions that we had.

A member of the team approached me and was eager to offer assistance. They took their time to hear the brief of the product I wanted and helped us to find the best product.

The service was friendly and efficient. and Lisa helped us to choose the bed most suited to our bodies and our purse by using body measuring device. There were several options to chose from and Lisa took us to each option and encouraged to try each one out. This was very helpful.

Very efficient staff and delivery was on time albeit weeks and weeks from the purchase date.

Lisa was very helpful from start to finish. There were a couple other ladies too I can’t remember their names but one was the manager. Before coming here I had been around a few other competitors and none were as helpful or friendly as the staff here. I haven’t really worked out if I could if got a better deal elsewhere but actually for the mattress I’ve got and the bed i like the most and the helpful service I got I don’t think I would care. Nobody was pushy at all where some other places we had been they were quite forceful. Will definitely suggest to family and friends for the future
