Lisa who helped us was fantastic from start to finish- friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the products & able to answer all our questions. The sleep match technology was also very impressive.

We were greeted by staff as we entered the store who all seemed very friendly. They let us look around ourselves for a bit before jumping on us for a sale which was nice. They were very attentive but also gave us time by ourselves to discuss our options. The manager was very informative

As soon as I arrived at the store Ann was on hand to help. She understood we were in a hurry and gave us her complete attention and expertise, while being as time-conscious as we needed to be. She guided us without being pushy and, when the time came to move the items, additional staff were on hand to help us carry them to the door. Really grateful.

As I was adding a bed to an order for a mattress that I had previously placed, it could have got complicated with regards delivery, but Ross dealt with it very efficiently.
