Everything is what I expected from Dreams and more. This is the second bed frame I have brought from Dreams in the last 2 months and if the experience is the same as what I had experienced of my first bed from walking into the store to day of Delivery I will be over the moon!!

Went in on the friday and saw Patrick. Was just browsing at the time got an idea of what we were looking for. Came back on the sunday. Saw Patrick again and helped us finalise the choice and made the order.

Friendly service. Bought what we needed and not forceful with other products

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Our sales adviser, Patrick, was very helpful without being pushy. He had a good knowledge of the products and gave us plenty of time to test the six mattresses recommended by the Sleep-Match machine. We were offered hot drinks on arrival and the whole process of selecting the right mattress was made simple and comfortable for us.
