on entering the shop the staff ROSS this gentleman was very helpful explaining everything in detail first we tried the test beds which by the was excellent we then tried many other beds before choosing the mattress we required we also was offered coffee and in all it was a very pleasant time with the salesman who again was very helpful and polite
