Ann, the shop assistant who dealt with our enquiry was highly knowledgable, extremely helpful and generous with patience and time. We arrived with little knowledge of the developments in finding the right bed and mattress since our last purchase and she made the experience not just a positive but an enjoyable one.

I think the sales man had a very difficult time, with helping us because every item we wanted was either to long of delivery, discontinued, or not available to order in store. I feel satisfied after nearly 2 hours I'm store we have found the right bed and headboard. The sales man was so helpful, he didn't get stressed or angry he was polite, and just kept going above and beyond to help in every way possible. I found that there was a lot of options and we went through alot. I would recommend dreams for a bed frame again and looking forward to receiving my new bed.
