On this visit I was attended too by Ross. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and made the visit so smooth and easy. He made us laugh all the way through and listened to what we wanted and directed us to exactly what we needed. I didn't feel he tried to push any products, his intentions felt like he wanted to help us find what was right for us not what he might be pushed to push by way of products. I can say that I have never enjoyed giving 2k to a company as much as I did yesterday and would love our feedback to get back to Ross. He is a shining light on how you deliver customer services and is a real asset to Dreams. He shouldn't change a thing as for us he was perfect and I really appreciate him making what would normally be a bland experience searching for beds such an enjoyable one.5 stars from us and please pass our thanks on to Ross.
