Your sales team were excellent especially Ann who spent a lot of time and effort showing us all the beds. Her knowledge of the products was very good and we felt confidence in making a purchase.

Ann the shop assistance was outstanding and ensured all COVID-19 precautions were taken. She took time to help us find the best product and gave us time and space to make decisions. She was lovely to talk, very friendly and caring about the importance of buying such an expensive item knowing it had to be right. Slightly disappointed that there was no blue light card or NHS worker discount given at this time. Also disappointed with the time of having to wait until the end of August for the product to be delivered. Standard of service in the store was outstanding.
