Dreams at Braintree were professional whilst being friendly and knowledgeable. The member of staff who looked after our requirements had a warm and welcoming personality and not only knew her products but knew how to interpret them to a customer in an informed manner. She could have not been more helpful. The communication re delivery was second to none and the delivery team first class, personable, knowledgeable and a joy to behold. Thank you Dreams - the complete experience was of the best quality.

Very helpful assistant and she phoned back when promised

The hole process of buying our mattress was so easy Ann the assistant could not have been any more pleasant and helpful. She took the time to understand our needs, recommended going on the machine for working out the right mattress for you, it gave a good selection and Ann showed us around them one at a time going back and forth between then without any pressure to settle a particular mattress until we settled on the one for us. It was a pleasure doing something we weren’t looking forward to. I would defiantly go back and speak to Ann next time.

Ann was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We were impressed with the friendly service we received and the fact it was almost closing time.

Looked after very well

I was greeted at the door, the sale person introduced him self to me, I knew what I was looking for and he took me straight away to the mattress on offer,

The lady who we spoke to understood exactly what we needed, as it was just a spare bedroom bed she didnt push to sell expensive products. She was great with involving the whole family in the process and was quick to find out availability and delivery times.

Ann was friendly and very knowledgable and answered all questions we had.
