I was very satisfied, as my husband and i were in the shielding group. There was no one else in the store but staff everything was disinfectant before we lay on the beds. There was hand sanitizer and Lisa had on a face covering and gloves like us which made us feel safe. Our overall experience was excellent.

We visited our local Braintree store twice to select a new mattress. we were greeted at the front of store, PPE was on a table just at the entrance of store to use. we were then advised to try the Sleepmatch which we were told would help us select the right mattress for us. we were shown quite a few mattress options, first time went home to think about which one to purchase. week later we returned to purchase it. In all fantastic service all round.
