The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable on the items in the store and knew exactly what we required. She was friendly and understood exactly what we required and was able to help us. She made the experience in Dreams really pleasant.

Everything was first class. My only negative is that after paying over £1500 which to me is an incredible amount of money that I then had to pay extra on top to have it put together and the packaging removed. I felt this should have been included. It is only a single bed after all. Staff in this Braintree branch were exceptional. You should be proud of your team. Julie Bowles

I was very satisfied, as my husband and i were in the shielding group. There was no one else in the store but staff everything was disinfectant before we lay on the beds. There was hand sanitizer and Lisa had on a face covering and gloves like us which made us feel safe. Our overall experience was excellent.
