I was apprehensive of visiting the store as a result of COVID 19; however when we arrived it was clear that all aspects of hygiene & social distancing were well managed. Ann was very welcoming and put us at ease. She listened to our needs and was very patient with us. She helped us select our ideal mattresses and the perfect bed for my son. She also helped us find the right accessories for my sons new bed. Both my son & I enjoyed our visit thanks to Ann helping us feel at ease and given us great advice and support. Definitely would recommend Ann and Dreams

My daughter and I arranged an appointment in advance and were assisted by Kerry. She was extremely helpful throughout and, compared with previous trips to buy mattresses (which were a bit hit & miss), the Sleep Match system and Kerry's advice really helped us choose the mattress that my daughter needed. My daughter is a shy 14 year old and Kerry really put her at ease, especially asking about what she'd been up to in lockdown and finding out that we had a very similar taste in Netflix mysteries!

The customer service advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and care during these difficult times with social distancing and the use of face coverings in place.
