Staff very knowledgeable about products. Made to feel welcome, provided with a bottle of water. Helpful, happy staff working in difficult situation with COVID. Kerry the manager always on hand to offer advice. Felt safe with products available to sanitise.

I was apprehensive of visiting the store as a result of COVID 19; however when we arrived it was clear that all aspects of hygiene & social distancing were well managed. Ann was very welcoming and put us at ease. She listened to our needs and was very patient with us. She helped us select our ideal mattresses and the perfect bed for my son. She also helped us find the right accessories for my sons new bed. Both my son & I enjoyed our visit thanks to Ann helping us feel at ease and given us great advice and support. Definitely would recommend Ann and Dreams
