Excellent customer service from Ann who served me and James who was pleasant to my parents whilst I was being looked after.

I found the lady to be approachable and friendly and she was helpful to find the mattress for our needs

Customer service was exceptional Time was taken to get things right Kevin who dealt with us had only been employed by Dreams for a matter of weeks and stayed after his working hours to ensure everything was completed before he left

We were greeted by a friendly assistant when we entered the store, and were directed to a number of beds that I was interested in buying. Kevin our assistant showed us a few adjustable beds which looked exactly what I was looking for, and tried each bed for ease of getting out of the bed and comfort etc. Our assistant seemed to quickly recognise where my disability was and could not have been more helpful in suggesting the best mattress for me.
