There was an issue within the computer system but the customer service I received was brilliant as he dealt with it calmly and efficiently we were waiting for Half an hour but when the system still didn’t work he gave a alternative route Within finalising the payment by keeping the order and ringing me back later to place the order over the phone when The issue was resolved as opposed to making me wait there for a considerable amount of time, the person who served me was fantastic in the way he dealt with the problem and alsoHe was able to finalise the items as quickly as he could as it was not his fault that there was a technical issue I went to Braintree dreams and was served by Patrick as I said he was incredible and I would definitely go back again knowing I would get the same customer service
