it was easy to look at the one in store but disappointed when told that you could not give a date when the good,s would be delivered , and i did get a phone call two day,s later to say the deliverer date would be on the 10 th/ November witch i am not to happy about, as it seems to be a long time . The lady Lisa who dealt with me was extremely patient with me. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me plenty of time to digest what was being said and recommended for me and time to consider a quote. She did not make me feel rushed or forced into purchasing . It was extremely hot the day I visited and she was offering water. She made what could have been a very difficult decision for me far easier. A credit to your company

I have a special need as I have had spinal surgery, and an ongoing condition with my back and I explained this to the assistant, I then went on the Dreams special sleepmatch machine, I was then given a wide range of mattresses to try. I found the one which I felt suited my needs
