Ann was fantastic. I first spoke to her on the phone and she agreed to hold the item I wanted for me until the end of the day. When I visited the store to collect my item Ann was very quick to help. She showed me where the item could be seen in situ. The social distancing rules were being followed and masks were worn. Nothing was too much bother for Ann, she even offered me a bottle of water. After paying for my purchase Ann helped to carry it to the car. A very pleasant shopping trip!

Everything went as it should go. The salesperson was polite and knowledgeable and there was plenty of products to choose from. My only disappointment was having to wait until 19th October for delivery.
