We walked in the door to see all staff looking smart and wearing masks. We found the bed we were looking for just in the door. A lovely lady came over smiling with her eyes. I asked her some questions and she was able to ask straight away. She offered us bottled water which was a lovely gesture. She invited us over to the desk to place the order and was very accommodating considering I am hard of hearing and can struggle with masks. She double checked everything with me. I felt valued which is rare in customer service these days.

Great Support picking the right mattress

The staff were friendly and inviting, made fine for us to listen to our needs. Wasn’t pushy, we made our own decisions but with their advice.

The assistant Ann was most helpful.

Given it was over Christmas I was offered a bottle of water and a cozy chair whilst I placed my order, friendly fun staff!

The lady was very friendly and not pushy. She helped us use the mattress machine and then walked us round to all the matches and let us try each one a few times before deciding

I Explained what I wanted to buy and was shown immediately to them and was asked questions pertinent to my budget preferences. Encouraged to try different mattresses and provided with a pillow. Just sad I have to wait so long for delivery!
