Excellent service from Ann at Braintree could not have done anymore for us explained everything throughout our visit, it was a pleasure to shop at dreams

We walked in and were greeted by a pleasant gentleman who placed us onto the bed that checked what mattress we would need and took great deal in explaining what we needed to do to make sure we did it correctly. We were given towels to place down for health and safety and then we were taken around the shop shown all of the beds that would be good for us and then we went through pillows as well and it was a brilliant experience.
