Dreams - Braintree

We were very happy with Ross who dealt with us with confidence and professionalism however, when we asked if it would be possible for your delivery men to assist us with “bagging” our old mattress (due to the fact that we are elderly and I suffer from COPD) another female colleague interrupted and told us that they couldn’t because of Covid and it would be very easy for us to do it. I would just like to say it nearly killed me (our old mattress was a Tempur, very heavy and one of the reasons for changing) I doubt very much if she would have found it easy!!

We visited Dreams at Freeport Designer Village in Braintree. The lady assistant went over and above to look after me and listened to my needs. She was the best sales assistant I have had the pleasure to meet in a very long time,nothing was too much trouble. I will recommend to friends and family.

Caroline was fantastic when we visited the store in Braintree in Sunday During COVID time she still took the time to find out what we wanted and also was friendly and approachable
