Excellent service. Staff were helpful, understanding and identified my issues quickly. They also helped with 2 children who wanted to be anywhere but mattress shopping 😊

The service was first class we spent time with the staff making sure we found the right bed for our sleep patterns on the new high tech machine and we got the right bed for us

I made two visits to my local Braintree store. Both times I was greeted straight away, I explained my needs and went through the mattress assessment machine and was then shown to each mattress on my profile. I was given time to try each and came away with clear info to share with my partner. On our second visit, Ann was particularly helpful in sharing her knowledge and giving us time to make a selection. We were delighted with the service as well as the short lead time for delivery.
