We were greeted when entering the store, but not pestered when we said we just wanted to browse initially. Once we’d made our choice, we fairly quickly found someone to answer our questions and then take us downstairs to wait to place order as other customers were doing there orders, but these were done very quickly and we only waited a couple of minutes. The order was processed quickly, the sales member was very pleasant and helpful, and found a very quick delivery slot for us. We are very happy with this experience at Dreams, but it isn’t our first, we’ve bought a few items before and had the same treatment which is why we still come back. Keep up the good work!

Your salesman was very welcoming from the moment we walked into the store. Throughout our visit he was very professional, taking time to understand our requirements and then providing us with a number of mattresses to chose from. The entire visit was a very pleasant experience and we never felt that we were being rushed into making a decision. It was obvious that your salesman was very knowledgeable of the products available and was able to provide us with all the information we required to make the right decision for our needs.

We were very happy with Ross who dealt with us with confidence and professionalism however, when we asked if it would be possible for your delivery men to assist us with “bagging” our old mattress (due to the fact that we are elderly and I suffer from COPD) another female colleague interrupted and told us that they couldn’t because of Covid and it would be very easy for us to do it. I would just like to say it nearly killed me (our old mattress was a Tempur, very heavy and one of the reasons for changing) I doubt very much if she would have found it easy!!
