Sales assistant Caroline was fantasic from start to end, she was friendly approachable, knowledge of the products available in store, was not put under pressure to purchase there and then, easy and comfortable (covid guidelines) sales was quick and efficientn everything explained throughout, Caroline is sn excellent sales rep for Dreams and an asset to the business, we would certainly return when we need something else

We was so pleased with our service we visited once and had lots of help selecting a mattress that would suit us and the staff where so informative. When we came back to purchase the bed and mattress again all staff where so friendly, helpful and professional the Braintree team are fantastic. They so helped with advising me on a mattress that would help to keep me cool at night as due to my auto-immune condition I frequently suffer with night sweats. I am so excited to try the new mattress as the pillows that we brought have been amazing

The service we received from Dreams Braintree store was excellent. All of the team were extremely friendly from the moment we walked in and Patrick helped us find the perfect mattress after spending a lot of time explaining the products and getting to know us and what we needed.
