The person serving us was very knowledgeable about the products, understood our needs and provided an excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Staff were friendly polite and attentive and understood our needs and helped us quickly find the right mattress. Only issue, there was no lift or stair free access to the first floor. We had a very young baby in a pram and had to leave the pram and belongings downstairs to be able to view mattresses upstairs

The service given was great , we had never bought a “proper” Mattress before and being new hone owners we had no idea what we was doing . We found exactly what we needed and felt at ease at all times

We did not feel pressured by the sales staff. Both the girls with whom we had contact accepted our budget limitations and unlike other stores, did not persist in trying to upsell the products. They were patient and were able to help us find a suitable mattress. Until they helped, we were on the verge of leaving the store as there was so much choice but no intuitive layout to the store. It would be helpful to have firm /very firm/medium and soft mattresses displayed together in their groups. Hunting around the store looking at labels was confusing and time consuming.
