We was served by Caroline at your Braintree branch, we was most impressed with the service, she was so helpful and made it a really easy transition, she was most helpful we wasn't intending on buying on that day but she showed us the perfect bed with a fantastic price, we just couldn't refuse. One very happy customer 😊

We was looking for our first mattress for our new home. We was helped by Ross who was extremely helpful and very nice to talk to. He showed us lots of different mattresses to make sure we chose the right one. Much appreciated his help.

Caroline (at the Braintree Freeport store) was extremely friendly and helpful as well as being very knowledgeable about the products. She took time to understand our needs and found us the perfect mattress. She was also amazing with our daughter who was with us as well, keeping her entertained while we were trying out the beds! Brilliant customer service.

The store assistants were all very helpful and attentive even though the store was very busy. They listened to our requirements and made recommendations based on a combination of sleep analysis and our requests (preference for no memory foam).
