was highly satisfied with visit but was promised a call next day to confirm delivery date but did not get one.I rang following day to receive confirmation.

No children's beds in store. First assistant not helpful and we were about to walk out when the store manager, Kerry saw us and remembered us from a previous purchase. She was excellent and helped us make the purchase we wanted.

I like to have the opportunity to look at the range of products without being followed around the store by a member if staff.
