Lack of bedroom furniture in store it would be good to have one item from each range to enable customer to check quality, before ordering. This is the only reason to mark down, Amanda was excellent giving us information on Saturday, we returned on Sunday to order after a final measure up at home.

The only problem we had, in hindsight, was that, although the assistant was very friendly and helpful, he never asked us when we started communicating with him what price range we were looking at. At the end, when I had found a mattress that seemed comfortable, only then did we realise the price, which was far, far more expensive than we had anticipated spending! We were so shocked, we went ahead and purchased it - it was close to closing time! It has been in situ for two days now and I am hoping it turns out to be worth all that money!

We were not highly satisfied because at first our delivery date was going to be 5 weeks after our visit. Then the delivery changed to next week which was brilliant. Our assistant although helpful did not listen to the fact that we could not be at home on the original delivery date and therefore processed the sale with the wrong information. She tried to change this but could not do so immediately therefore I had to return to the shop later.

Went in store to buy a £500 bed, ended up paying £767 once headboard, delivery, divan draws, were added. Sale labels draw you in thinking you are looking at a total price....wrong!

It wasn't until I got home I was told by a friend I could have had Interest free credit. I bought 2 mattresses for my children which came to over £300 & having been newly separated from my husband it would have been very helpful to have been offered

I realised immediately after agreeing to a delivery date that I would not be available all day so asked to change it. The assistant said she would change it and ring me to confirm. She did not ring me and I received a text confirming the date I could not do. I therefore went on line to change the date, the date I wanted was no longer available, which is rather inconvenient.

The overall experience was very good. For the price of my purchases I believe the quality was to be excellent. The store was clean and bright but the interior design a bit clinical. Enjoyed the complimentary biscuits and coffee.

If an item is only available for home delivery and can not be picked up in store - then to add a delivery charge seems totally wrong as it is not an optional charge so to be transparent it should be included in the price not added on - if the price was added to the ticket price it would have been more correct as would know what you are paying instead of pretending the item is cheaper than you have to pay - as I said you have to pay it as can not be picked up from the store - so a con really.

It wasn't until I had left the store I had realised, I didn't know what date my direct debit is set up and I wasn't actually told if there was a credit search involved and if so was it all satisfactory. Little things but it's not until afterwards you ask yourself certain questions like these.
