some ranges had limitted colours and fabric choices. found some beds overpriced for the quality expected. limited head bouard choices in bed ranges.

The system was down so we couldn't get a for delivery. When they phoned later on in the afternoon we were informed it wouldn't be delivered till 6th January which surprised me we would have wait that long.

When we walked in there seemed to be alot of staff standing there, but it was nice to be greeted.we felt intimidated when discussing purchasing the items amongst ourselves the member of staff just stood there .when it would of been better to leave us for a moment.Although we was impressed with the availability of the delivery slot and i didn't think it would be that quick.

The dream store I visited was very good and I will go back when I need another matress etc I didn't give a highly satisfied even though I was as I feel that there is always some room for improvement even of they were very good there

The Dreams experience was generally good, however after nearly 4 weeks I have not received any notification or courtesy call regarding a delivery date for my Futon, so some of the questions were not relevant and has made me somewhat disappointed. I am now anxious that I will receive the item before Christmas. The reason I purchased the item was because I will have people to stay over the holiday.

Not sure what you're asking. Everything was excellent but until Tuesday, I don't yet have a product I can comment on. All else was excellent.
