The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, however I prefer to be left alone to choose a little more. Also, the purchase and all the paperwork involved took a very long time (I don't believe this was the salesman's fault - just evertything they have to go though). I was also a little concerned (and still am) that there was some confusion as to what the manufacturers code was for the comfort grade we had ordered.

I was disgusted to be informed that having spent over £1000.00 on a mattress that I'd have to pay for delivery.

I was very satisfied with my visit, my only very slight disappointment was that the delivery time was over a week for an item that was in store, also I could not get the 30 day trial or return if the bed was not right for me on an ex demo item that had only been in the store 8 months, do you not expect your products to still be as good as new after less than a year old?

The product has not been delivered yet. I need to have this experience and to sleep on the bed before I can conclude my experience.

assistant very slow, wasn't up to speed on information regarding the dreams website as to what bed was suitable for someone that slept on their side. Also when trying to sell the insurance didn't know what excess meant and was unsure when we asked if we would get a new bed if we had an accident, he just kept saying he wasn't sure. hence we didn't take out the insurance. Feel William could do with more training.

Well, im happy with everything upto now, but I cant say im highly satisfied until I have the product.
