Dreams - Braintree

It would have been good to see the whole range which you stock when at the store. The size of the store didn't allow for this.

A few problems with the card machine delayed us slightly.

William from the Freeport store in Braintree was very good :) he approached me smiling and very welcoming and helpful. Every question I had to ask he new the answer, he had a lot of knowledge about the products in store. Thank you for your helping me pick a mattress (after 4 days of trying to find one) and giving me brilliant advice, now waiting on the mattress. Cannot wait to have a comfy mattress that the springs don't dig into my back. thanks again. Rianne.

The assistant was extremely helpful in assisting us with our purchase. As we knew what we wanted he didn't have to establish the type of bed we needed. He did however offer us information with regards to guarantees etc.

Having seen sale and offers online we visited the store to view and try certain beds. The salesman at no time mentioned the offers, we had to ask him about the offers we had seen online. We feel we should have been told about the offers on arrival not just introduced to the most expensive beds.

There was no perticular reason for not being highly satisfied there was something missing that I can't quite put my finger I. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered and explained all products and services that they offer

There wasn't really enough staff in store.

We received instant assistance on entering the store. All the staff were very helpful at all times throughout the purchasing process.

Very disappointed with the £40 delivery charge as I assumed the bed would be delivered FOC seeing as it is a bulky item that I can't take home from the store! I think it's a bit of a con when you see a good price to have a delivery charge lumped on top.
