I was told by Patrick, who served us, that we would not be charged for delivery on a Saturday and I can see from my bill I have been charged.

After placing our order and paying for delivery, we realised you were running a national television campaign offering free delivery on all items over £100. We rang the store and had to leave a message on the answering machine stating that we would like a call back to explain why we had been charged for delivery. To date we have not had a reply. As a consequence we are not highly satisfied

Because when it came to paying, there was a computer problem so I had to wait around for an additional 10min whilst they tried to sort this out - my payment had been taken but there was an invoice error.

Sale poster is not fully clear as the "Up to" 50% off is in a tiny print which from a distance is illegible, therefore you can think there are no mattresses with at least 50% off!
