The assistant was great, really helpful, Daisy, I had no issue with the service from her. We were spending a lot of money so decided to go for the interest free option. The complaint I have was how long this process took, well over an hour and the fact that it didn’t get resolved so we paid by credit card. The store however kept apologising, but could not get it sorted despite their best efforts and numerous phone calls.

Only price higher than expected. Also until I receive and try the mattress I can't really say.

A double headboard was entered on the invoice whereas the one ordered was for a single. It took considerable time to adjust the order forms and in fact I paid the full amount of the invoice which included the double headboard and was told I would be refunded the sum of £30 in due course, that sum being the difference of the cost between the double and the single headboard.

I thought the £18 fee to put the bed together and dispose of the packaging was unnecessary after i had spent nearly £1000 and although i was given some free pillows it still annoyed me to pay for something that should be part of the service as it was when i purchased a fridge recently.

Having received excellent service from Daisy in your Braintree store, we had to return to collect the pillows we'd ordered and the green recycling bag two days later as we hadn't been given them at the time of our order. The mattress protector wasn't in stock in store, but we were told it would be sent to us under your 'pick & pack' service in 3-5 days. It still hasn't arrived today, so I phoned the store to enquire & was told they'd call me back in five minutes. After an hour and a half with no reply I called again and left a message and eventually Kerry or Kelly called me back. There was no apology for the delay only that it was the first chance she'd had all day as they were very bust, no mention of the first man I'd spoken to! She said that they now had one in store that I could collect, but I'd have to return it when the first one turned up. I asked if she could trace the one posted on 02/01/18, she said no, it had been sent from Birmingham second class. So I commented that after a week it was probably lost and I didn't want to be calling to chase it again in a few days. Her attitude was quite surly, she eventually delivered it to me at 6pm in a very curt manner.
